Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Ho on the 19th of November 1972. She was born in London. Her parents are a Chinese man and a French woman. Toronto Canada has been home to her since she was five. Before becoming an actor, she modeled as a model in Paris to model on the catwalk. In the 1991 film Black Robe, she made her debut in film as Annuka. In recognition of this performance, she was awarded a nomination for the Genie Award - the Canadian Oscar. The movies Rapa Nui Rise in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer followed as well as guest performances for the roles of Poltergeist The Uncanny Force and Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. Then, in John Woo s The Thief she was a key part of the show for 22 episodes.
